If you'd like to access the Aegon Platform you'll need to set up your firm and/or set up your access.

Set up your firm

If your firm isn't already set up, please complete the following form and email it to aegoncofundsadministration@aegon.co.uk.

This form can be signed by a company director (SMF3) or partner (SMF27), who we can verify on the FCA register.

Set up your access

If you're a financial adviser and your firm is already set up, please complete the following form and send it to aegoncofundsadministration@aegon.co.uk

We'll then send you an activation email to set up your account.  We'll ask you to validate your details - this includes setting a password for your Aegon Platform account and contact information, so we can contact you if we need to.

If you're a paraplanner or firm administrator please make sure your firm administrator has created an account for you.

Please don't email any personal, financial or banking information as it's not a secure method of communication. If you have a dedicated secure email service with Aegon, for example Unipass Mailock, please use this service.
