Not yet registered?

To be able to access Aegon Platform, you have to make sure:

- your firm has been set up, and

- your firm administrator has created an account for you.

Once this has been done, you should then receive an activation email to set up your account.

If your firm hasn't yet registered

You can download an application form to complete and send this to our Platform Support Team who'll process the request. You can find the forms you need below.

If your firm has registered

Your firm administrator will need to login to their account and enter your details. 

Once your firm creates your account, you'll be asked to validate your details and complete the set up of your account. This will include setting a password for accessing your Aegon account, a six-digit security PIN for account recovery purposes and contact information so we're able to contact you.
