Aegon Platform registration

For intermediaries only

Not yet registered?

To be able to access the Aegon Platform, you have to make sure:

  • your firm is set up;
  • your firm administrator has created an account for you if you’re a paraplanner or firm administrator, or
  • if you're an intermediary, we need an emailed instruction detailing the following information for each intermediary you want us to set up:
    • the full name;
    • date of birth;
    • email address, and
    • FCA number.

Emails should be sent to aegoncofundsadministration@aegon.co.uk and must come from either a company director or partner, who we can verify on the FCA register, or a firm administrator.

You should make sure you're using a secure email method to send this to us.

We’ll then send you an activation email to set up your account. We’ll ask you to validate your details - this includes setting a password for your Aegon Platform account, a six-digit security PIN for account recovery purposes, and contact information so we’re able to contact you.

If your firm hasn't yet registered

You can download and complete the Intermediary application form and email it to aegoncofundsadministration@aegon.co.uk. This form should be signed by a company director or partner, who we can verify on the FCA register. You should make sure you're using a secure email method to send this to us.
